The building located in Gradina Icoanei area was built between 1936 and 1938 according to the plans of the famous architect Horia Creanga, recognized as a pioneer of the Romanian interwar architecture. Built in a modernist style, style characterized by straight facades, extremely generous glazed spaces and reinforced concrete floors supported on reinforced concrete beams, the building was designed both as a family residence with reception area or as a representative office.
