Influenced by an eclectic style and impressive by the architectural details, the property has strong Moorish and Italian Renaissance influences, being one of the architectural emblems of the exclusive Dorobanti-Capitale area.
Preserved in good condition, the building has kept all the original decor elements of the interwar period, both inside and outside: stone frames on the facade specific to the romantic style, interior arches, original solid wood parquet floor combined with solid wood beams, a tower room of the residence, solid wood entrance doors in archway, with hand-worked iron inserts, windows with original shutters, wrought iron accessories.
The main facade has a special character, being marked by the coat of arms with lions and clovers but also by the niche with the "Madonna", signs and symbols heavily loaded with history that pay an architectural tribute to the exclusive area but also have a solemn and distinct air.
