The villa was built in 1929 according to the project of architects A. Ghiaciu and M. Iliescu, with the function of a luxury residence. The facades and volumes register it as an architectural expression in the richly decorated neo-Romanian style and is recorded in the List of Historical Monuments.
The exterior of the building has been preserved similar to the original and was last restored in 2022, after the consolidation carried out in 2001-2003.
The spirit of a unique, evolutionary project, in line with modernity and true to its own stylistic principles, designed in every detail.
Becoming the only residential compound in the country with a memorabile lobby stretching over 600 meters in length and 6 metres in height, with distinctive interior finishes and a unique view towards Verdi Park and Floreasca Lake are only a few outstanding points of the new residential project.
