The villa was built in 1929 according to the project of architects A. Ghiaciu and M. Iliescu, with the function of a luxury residence. The facades and volumes register it as an architectural expression in the richly decorated neo-Romanian style and is recorded in the List of Historical Monuments.
The exterior of the building has been preserved similar to the original and was last restored in 2022, after the consolidation carried out in 2001-2003.
The architectural property has an excellent location in an exclusive area, with neighborhoods like embassies and having easy access to places of interest in the north and center of the capital.
