The villa was built in 1929 according to the project of architects A. Ghiaciu and M. Iliescu, with the function of a luxury residence. The facades and volumes register it as an architectural expression in the richly decorated neo-Romanian style and is recorded in the List of Historical Monuments.
The exterior of the building has been preserved similar to the original and was last restored in 2022, after the consolidation carried out in 2001-2003.
The elitist project is located in the Dorobanti Capitale area and represents a symbol of elegance, brilliance and intimacy thanks to the fusion of two different architectural styles.
The S+P+3 boutique building consists of 4 spacious apartments, one on each level, with areas between 220-280 sq m. The project will be developed on a plot of land with an area of 750 sqm, will benefit from 12 parking spaces located in the basement of the building and will have a constructed area of 1600 sqm.
