Cushman & Wakefield Echinox is a leading real estate consulting company on the local market and the exclusive affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield in Romania, owned and operated independently. The team of over 80 professionals and collaborators offers a full range of services to investors, developers, owners and tenants. Echinox was founded in 1993 and after 9 years of successful operations, it entered a partnership agreement with the former multinational real estate company DTZ. In November 2002, Echinox became the local DTZ representative office, operating under the trade name of DTZ Echinox. In 2015, DTZ merged globally with Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services company, therefor in 2017 DTZ Echinox was rebranded into Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
