The villa was built in 1929 according to the project of architects A. Ghiaciu and M. Iliescu, with the function of a luxury residence. The facades and volumes register it as an architectural expression in the richly decorated neo-Romanian style and is recorded in the List of Historical Monuments.
The exterior of the building has been preserved similar to the original and was last restored in 2022, after the consolidation carried out in 2001-2003.
The exclusive recently finalized building is located in the heart of the most prestigious area of the city, populated by beautiful well-preserved villas, embassies and consular residences, close to cultural sites.
Through architecture, facilities and finishes, the building integrates naturally into this eclectic and refined fabric, projecting itself into the future as a timeless construction.
