The villa was built in 1929 according to the project of architects A. Ghiaciu and M. Iliescu, with the function of a luxury residence. The facades and volumes register it as an architectural expression in the richly decorated neo-Romanian style and is recorded in the List of Historical Monuments.
The exterior of the building has been preserved similar to the original and was last restored in 2022, after the consolidation carried out in 2001-2003.
Located in the northern area of Bucharest, near Verdi Park and Floreasca lake, the new project is distinguished by an innovative composition of ideas and styles. The balanced partitioning of the apartments, the large windows that create bright spaces, and the excellent position of the space offer the beneficiary the opportunity to enjoy a refined property.
