The villa was built in 1929 according to the project of architects A. Ghiaciu and M. Iliescu, with the function of a luxury residence. The facades and volumes register it as an architectural expression in the richly decorated neo-Romanian style and is recorded in the List of Historical Monuments.
The exterior of the building has been preserved similar to the original and was last restored in 2022, after the consolidation carried out in 2001-2003.
Located in one of the most exclusive areas in Bucharest, at 150 meters from Herastrau Park and French Quarter, the project is more than just a luxury apartment building, includes 90 apartments and 210 parking places designed to offer the highest standards of quality.
